Routine care

Infill compacts and migrates over time — foot traffic pushes it toward low points, wind carries fine particles off the edges, and pet zones lose infill faster than a backyard corner. Left alone, the turf still looks green but the blades stop standing up and the surface starts feeling harder underfoot.

A routine visit is a deep brush grooming pass against the grain to lift matted fibers, a debris and organic-matter removal pass, and an infill top-up where levels have dropped below spec. Pet zones get an enzyme treatment pass to break down odor-causing residue in the infill, not just the surface.

Interval depends on traffic: a low-use ornamental lawn can go 12 months between visits, a backyard with dogs or kids usually needs service every 6 months to hold its warranty terms.
