Repairs

Two symptoms bring most repair calls: an open seam at a high-traffic edge, or water that isn’t draining the way it used to. Neither is cosmetic — an open seam widens under continued traffic, and standing water signals a clogged or compacted base that will keep smelling until it’s fixed.

Seam repairs mean cutting back to clean edge, re-bonding with fresh seam tape and adhesive, and re-infilling the joint so it’s invisible once groomed. Drainage issues need diagnosis first — we check whether the backing perforations are clogged, the infill has compacted into a barrier layer, or the base grading has shifted — before proposing a fix, since patching the symptom without finding the cause means the same call again next season.

We repair turf we installed under warranty terms, and take on repair-only calls for turf installed by other companies after an on-site inspection.
